The transfer of ownership form is on the reverse of an Official Canadian Limousin Association Registration Certificate. The original certificate MUST be sent to the CLA office for processing. Faxed or photocopies will not be accepted. The following areas MUST be completed before a transfer may be processed:

   1. Buyer's name and complete address (spelled correctly)
   2. Date of Sale
   3. Complete breeding information for bred cows
   4. Authorized signature of the seller and the seller's complete address
